The staff are fantastic and truly understand the essence of great customer service, offering helpful recommendations. the room was neat and included a lovely garden, and everything was in good working order. Amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator made the stay even more convenient. Plus, the location is exceptional, right next to restaurants and close to the Gold Coast and the town center.

Everything was lovely, handy location close to everything, the staff were very friendly. It was reasonably large with a nice homely feel, good enough for an overnight stay. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

We greatly enjoyed this secure hotel. The staff were very very helpful and offered us a new-fashioned room with wifi.

This hotel offers a great central location and has cozy, compact rooms that feel homely, all for a reasonable rate of $211.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. the staff were lovely, demonstrating excellent customer service throughout my visit. the location is marvellous, conveniently situated near transport options for dining, the Basketball stadium, and the town centre. Plus, the pool area is great for relaxing. Checking out was a breeze, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received. The hotel had all the basic amenities we needed, including free wifi and a continental breakfast included in the price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely large bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The location was perfect, as it was not far from all the shops and close to everything we needed access to.

I had a fantastic stay at Motel Grande! The room was spotlessly clean and felt fresh. The beds were incredibly comfortable with lots of pillows, and the soft fluffy towels were a nice touch. The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay there again. The room had all the necessary facilities like a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, and iron. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the TV had a good selection of channels. The motel had easy parking and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend Motel Grande for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by how cosy and comfortable my room was. The bed was great quality and it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is located in a prime area, near the centre of town, making it easy for us to reach all the shops and attractions we needed to get to. the motel was close to every take away we desired. the comfortable and modern rooms made our stay perfect. the friendly and helpful staff made sure we felt welcome, and the continental breakfast provided in the morning was a great start to our day. Finally, the non-smoking rooms were sparkling clean, and the free and spacious parking provided an added bonus.

The security blind was not functioning, which meant we couldn't get the much-needed fresh light we required that morning.

The air conditioning in the room was not sufficient to cool down the bedroom area and we had trouble regulating the temperature. the noise from the main road outside was quite loud and disturbed our sleep.
